Photography Workshop| Maltby Village Hall
On a crisp Saturday afternoon at Maltby Village Hall, I had the pleasure of leading a photography workshop for a group of enthusiastic students. The hall, often bustling with community events, provided the perfect setting for an immersive learning experience focused on the art of photography.
As the students arrived, there was a palpable sense of excitement in the air. Each participant brought their own unique perspective and level of experience, ranging from complete beginners to those with some prior knowledge. My goal was to foster an inclusive environment where everyone felt comfortable to express their creativity and explore the world of photography.
We began with a session on the fundamentals of photography, covering key concepts such as composition, lighting, and the exposure triangle. Using a combination of theory and practical demonstrations, I encouraged students to think critically about how each element contributes to a powerful image.
Photography Workshop | Whinstone View
Recently, I had the privilege of hosting my largest photography workshop to date at Whinstone View, welcoming 16 enthusiastic students eager to expand their skills. The venue, with its picturesque landscapes and rustic charm, provided the perfect backdrop for our sessions.
The day began with an introduction to the core principles of photography. I focused on the importance of understanding light, composition, and exposure. With a diverse group of students, each with varying levels of expertise, I tailored the sessions to ensure everyone would benefit. The atmosphere was both collaborative and motivating, filled with a shared desire to learn and create.
